Help us build beyond Navigator — our AI-native ERP and e-invoicing platform for Swiss scale-ups. You will ship product features end to end, from schema design to polished UI.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Design and implement ERP modules, workflows, and integrations with Swiss compliance in mind.
- Collaborate with finance consultants to turn real client processes into scalable product.
- Own features across the stack: TypeScript, modern web UI, and cloud-native services.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- 5+ years building production web applications; strong TypeScript and React experience.
- Comfort working close to domain experts and translating finance workflows into software.
- Swiss work eligibility; German or French a plus, English required.
Join our Finance as a Full Service team and guide scale-ups through accounting, controlling, taxes, and ERP rollout — backed by beyond Navigator and a growing expert network.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead client engagements from setup through steady-state finance operations.
- Configure beyond Navigator for each client and train their teams on day-to-day workflows.
- Partner with product engineering to feed field learnings back into the platform roadmap.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Qualified finance professional with experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Hands-on ERP / accounting systems experience; curiosity for AI-assisted finance tools.
- Excellent client communication in German and English; Swiss market knowledge essential.
